- Faulty Item Received
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to support@missbatoo.in along with your order number. If the item delivered to you is faulty or if it withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.
- Not delivered on time
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. We usually ship the order from our factory within 7 days of receiving it, and you will receive the tracking information once it's shipped. Due to the different processes in states across the country, there could be some delays.
We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)
Feel free to contact us in the chat if you face any issues due to the delivery time. We'll be more than happy to assist you.
- Wrong size received
If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size is selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide with the process of exchanges in this case.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.
- I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested
The orders can be cancelled for only upto 24 hours of placing them.
Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?
Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products! Be sure to subscribe to our mailing list!
 
-Do you ship worldwide?

No, we only ship in the USA.

-May I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-7days). Leave us a message in the chat with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at the earliest. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.  

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes! You will get a confirmation email or message after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.  
How can I pay?
We currently only accept online safe payments 
What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please contact us in the chat & we will change it to the correct address. If it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your order!
